２０１１年に制作された映画「マーガレット・サッチャー 鉄の女の涙」ではMeryl Streepがサッチャー本人そっくりに演じて話題を呼びました。彼女はこの作品でオスカーを獲得しています。
その彼女のセリフの中から・・・。
'Watch your thoughts, for they become words.
Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your destiney.
What we think, we become.
My father always said that....'
まずは考えること。そして、私たちは考えているものになり、それが私たちの人生になるというわけです。
