２０年以上前に読んだ、今は紙が黄ばんでしまっているペーパーバックを引っ張り出して来ました。
Frederick Forsyth "The Odessa File"
読み始めたら止まりませんでした。ストーリーは忘れてしまっていたので、初めて読むものとほとんど変わりがありませんでした。次の件（くだり）で始まります。
What is the Odessa?
The Odessa is neither the city in southern Russia nor the small town in America. It is a word composed of six initial letters, which in German stand for 'Organisation Der Ehemaligen SS-Angehorigen'. In English this means 'Organisation of Former Members of the SS'.
